Lee & Associates closed a $3.3 million sale transaction for a 32,120-square-foot industrial building at 1029-1033 Bryn Mawr Avenue in Bensenville, Illinois.
Michael Plumb, principal, Bradley Simousek, senior vice president, and Colin Sons, associate, all with Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented a private owner in the sale.Â
Dustin Albers, senior vice president, also with Lee & Associates of Illinois, represented the buyer, Doctor Rooter 911. According to Albers, the commercial plumbing company has two other locations in Bensenville, so proximity was a key factor in their search.
