Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Midtown Place, a 12-unit multifamily property in Grand Rapids, Michigan, for $2.65 million.
Chris Futo, a multifamily and mobile home investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Detroit office, marketed the property on behalf of the seller. Futo and Chase Gilewski, associate director investments, procured the buyer, a local West Michigan owner/operator.
Located at 349 Cummings Ave. NW, Midtown Place consists of four one-bedroom and eight two-bedroom apartments with attached garages. Built in 2020, the property spans 14,280 rentable square feet on 1.22 acres and is within walking distance of local breweries, restaurants, parks and grocery stores.
