
Brad Nosan has joined Cleveland-based Cushman & Wakefield|CRESCO Real Estate as a Vice President, bringing more than a decade of experience spanning brokerage, development, leasing, and asset management. Nosan brings a focus on owner representation, advising clients on strategy, positioning, and long-term value creation across a range of asset types.
Nosan began his career in tenant representation at Newmark before expanding into development and portfolio management through Property Advisors Group, his family-owned real estate business where he has been involved in mixed-use redevelopment, multifamily development, and asset strategy. Throughout his career, he has been involved in thedevelopment and acquisition of over $150 million in commercial and multifamily projects across multiple markets.
At CRESCO, Nosan plans to expand his advisory platform as a one-stop resource for owners seeking integrated real estate solutions. His background across both tenant representation and ownership roles provides a unique perspective on aligning market strategy with operational performance.
Outside of real estate, Nosan serves as the President of the Slovenian National Home, one of the region’s most established cultural institutions and is also the founder of the Cleveland Bocce Club. A new father, he says this next chapter reflects a renewed focus on building relationships, growing his network, and expanding his presence across Northeast Ohio.
