Colliers negotiated the sale of Graham Place Senior Apartments, a 121-unit, 55-plus LIHTC designated senior living community at 1745 Graham Ave. in St. Paul, Minnesota’s, premier Highland neighborhood.
The sale was led by the Colliers team of Executive Vice Presidents Dan Linnell, Mox Gunderson, and Adam Haydon, as well as Associate Vice President Devon Dvorak, and Associate Drew Jackson who represented the seller and purchaser in the transaction.
Delivered in 2005, Graham Place Senior Apartments is comprised of 42 one-bedroom units and 79 two-bedroom units, complemented by a fitness center, business center, guest suite accommodations, underground parking, and 24-hour emergency maintenance. The community also features convenient, resident focused amenities including an on-site corner store and beauty salon.
The community was acquired by Northstar Properties of Minnesota, Inc., a family-owned multifamily provider of quality, well-maintained apartments and townhome communities. The company currently owns and manages more than 500 rental homes throughout Minneapolis and the surrounding suburbs.
