Results Commercial closed the sale of the historic Station 19 at 2001 University Ave. SE, in Minneapolis – directly across from Huntington Bank Stadium and home to Buffalo Wild Wings – for $8 million.
The buyer, the University of Minnesota, has added the property to its growing real estate portfolio.
The transaction was exclusively brokered by Hayden Hulsey, CCIM, and Mark Hulsey of Results Commercial, who worked with the buyer and seller in the deal.
While the transaction involved several complexities throughout the process, the collaborative efforts of all parties involved ensured a smooth path to closing.
