Savills expanded its Austin, Texas, office with the appointments of Kelley Sigl as Senior Managing Director and Frank Hartmann as Managing Director.

The additions mark another step in Savills broader plan to expand its presence across the Texas Triangle and deepen its advisory capabilities in sectors that shape the region’s economy, including technology, office occupier services, digital infrastructure, life sciences, healthcare and advanced manufacturing.

Sigl joins Savills with more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in tenant representation, corporate portfolio strategy, and advisory services for innovative and mission-driven organizations.

Based in Austin, she brings a strong track record representing technology companies, venture capital and private equity firms, nonprofit organizations, and other growth-oriented occupiers. Before joining Savills, she was Senior Vice President at JLL and previously held roles at Kinzer Partners, PitchBook Data, and Washington Partners. Having relocated to Austin from Seattle in 2021, Sigl offers a blend of Pacific Northwest and Central Texas market experience, particularly across technology ecosystems that increasingly intersect as companies expand across major innovation hubs.

Hartmann brings more than 20 years of experience spanning corporate real estate advisory, site selection, headquarters strategy and economic development. He joins Savills after serving as Vice President of Economic Development at Opportunity Austin, where he led efforts to attract and expand major corporate investments across the technology, advanced manufacturing, and digital infrastructure sectors. His experience advising companies on location strategy, incentives, workforce access, and infrastructure requirements adds a valuable dimension to the firm’s platform in Central Texas.

At Savills, Hartmann will focus on office tenant representation while leveraging the firm’s advisory capabilities to help clients navigate complex, capital-intensive projects, including data center and manufacturing-related opportunities tied to the region’s continued diversification and growth.
