Colliers represented nbkc bank in the acquisition of 7400 West 110th Street in Overland Park, Kansas, in the Kansas City market.

The sale was led by the Colliers team of Bryan Johnson, Principal and President Ed Elder. Future leasing will be handled by Ryan Biery, Senior Vice President and Reagan O’Toole, Vice President.

The seven-story, 127,000-square-foot building will accommodate the majority of nbkc’s Kansas City -based employees and feature a branch in a prominent, easily accessible area. Constructed in 1989, nbkc plans to elevate the property to Class A status by enhancing the site and adding a range of amenities.

nbkc has operated from its headquarters at 8320 Ward Parkway in Kansas City since 2017 and plans to move its staff to the new facility in 2027.
