MAG Capital Partners acquired two temperature-controlled properties from FreshEdge, a distributor of customized fresh food solutions, in a sale-leaseback-structured transaction that includes its 104,114-square-foot headquarters in Indianapolis.
Situated along I-70, the 13.12-acre Indianapolis headquarters facility at 4501 Massachusetts Avenue features 23’-34’ clear height, 39 dock doors and one drive-in door. Minutes from I-465, the firm purchased 5930 West 82nd Street, a 28,800-square-foot, 3.39-acre warehouse with 21′ clear height and four drive-in doors.
