Oxford Partners hired Trey Martin as Executive Vice President, strengthening the firm’s office and industrial tenant representation practice in Houston.

Trey brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience and more than $900 million in closed transactions across office, industrial, and land. He spent his career at Partners Real Estate, where he built an extensive practice representing tenants and buyers across the Houston market. His background spans lease negotiations, site selection, acquisitions, investment property transactions, and land deals, with a client base that spans local, national, and international organizations.

Trey’s practice expanded organically over the course of his career. Beginning in office tenant representation, he developed expertise in industrial leasing and land transactions as client relationships grew to encompass broader real estate strategies. He served on the Board of Directors of the Houston Office Leasing Brokers Association (HOLBA) and has been a member of NAI Global’s North American Sales Team, with experience managing corporate portfolios across multiple markets.
