Colliers | U.S. announced that Gabe Philibert has joined the company as Managing Director and Brokerage Market Leader for Minneapolis-St. Paul., Minnesota.
In his new role, Philibert will oversee all brokerage operations, including recruitment, retention, and business development for the Minneapolis-St. Paul market. He will report to Jeremy Jacobs, President |Central Region Brokerage.
Philibert brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience with expertise spanning finance, development and executive leadership. Most recently, he served as Managing Principal and President of Lova Group. He also previously held senior leadership roles with Project for Pride in Living and Bell Bank. Throughout his career, he has overseen nearly $3 billion in real estate transactions and is recognized for having driven organizational growth.
Philibert currently serves as the Chair of the Governance Committee for the Urban Land Institute Minnesota and is the District Council’s immediate past chair. He also serves on the board of Wallin Education Partners and is a member of the Real Estate Executive Council.
