Brown Commercial Group negotiated two industrial transactions in Chicago’s Fox Valley submarket to support a landlord and tenant in leasing space.
Broker Luke Dummitt represented AMG Rental Properties LLC in securing a long-term lease of 6,006 square feet at 315 Industrial Drive in St. Charles, IL. The tenant, Auto Pros, is expanding its contracting services, adding a new division and consolidating ownership in key markets. Auto Pros was represented by Charles Farber of CRE Advising LLC.
Dummitt also represented the tenant, Wright & Associates, Inc., in securing 4,080 square feet of space at 772 Hawthorne Lane in West Chicago, IL. The landlord was represented by Jay Farman and Peter Spear of Lee & Associates.
