LGE Design Build broke ground on an 11,130-square-foot, two-story office building developed by WillMax Capital at 4326 W. Lovers Lane in Dallas, which will serve as its long-term office space after 32 years in Preston Center.
Situated on a half-acre site along the prestigious Lovers Lane corridor with close proximity to Dallas Love Field Airport, the multi-tenant Class A+ office building will feature a golf simulator room, an executive breakroom and an outdoor putting green, which provides tenants space beyond the traditional office setting.
The building’s design will balance clean architectural lines with a high-quality finish, reflecting LGE’s approach to modern office environments. An architectural entry staircase will welcome tenants into the building, featuring high-end interior details.
LGE Design Build is serving as both architect and general contractor, and Flanagan Land Solutions is serving as the civil engineer for the project, which is slated for completion in April 2027
