Sands Investment Group brokered the sale of two travel center deals on behalf of LV Petroleum in Tennessee and Texas totaling $36.7 million.
This transaction involved the sale of the business and the underlying real estate, with the properties delivered free and clear of fuel contracts. The high-volume travel center serves significant customer volume in its market. The transactions demonstrate the team’s experience executing complex sales and creating value for their clients.
The transactions were led by Yossi Freeman, alongside his partners Matt Montagne and Tyler Ellinger of the firm’s travel center team in Austin, Texas.
