Industrial Property Brokers has facilitated the purchase of a 32,200-square-foot industrial building in Sabina, Ohio. The city is in Clinton County about 40 miles east of Dayton and 53 miles from Columbus.
Precision Fixture Installation, owned by Kevin Patterson, purchased the $487,500 stand-alone building on about 3.212 acres at 277 Kenyon Drive in Sabina from Stan Hannah.
Precision Fixture Installation pursues retail fixture installation along with merchandising and remodeling. The company is experienced in gondola shelving, store remodels, relocation and more.
Precision Fixture Installation will employ 20 on-site jobs in Sabina and 65 nationwide. The industrial plant features heavy power and three docks.
