Cameron Timmer and Russ Bono of NAI Wisinski of West Michigan have sold the Village at Wexford shopping center in Cadillac, Michigan, for $2.275 million.
Village at Wexford is located at 1911-2025 N Mitchell St. It is a 72,180-square-foot center in Cadillac’s main retail corridor, with excellent co-tenancy and strong traffic counts.
The center is 87 percent occupied. Tenants include Goodwill, Family Farm and Home, Bob Evans, the Department of State Office and more.
The seller is based out of Colorado and the buyer is based out of the Washington DC area.
