Penn Station and Starbucks will be coming soon to Heisley Pointe in Mentor, Ohio, thanks in part to the work done by Goodman Real Estate Services Group.
The two national retailers will occupy the endcaps of the redeveloped multi-tenant pad building located at the intersection of Mentor Avenue (State Route 20) and Heisley Road.
