Quantum Real Estate Advisors has brokered the sale of a multi-tenant shopping center at 9740-9800 76th St. in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.
The roughly 26,000-square-foot property was built in 2007 and features brick construction. The property was fully leased at the time of sale to a tenant line-up that includes Starbucks, Panda Express, Aspen Dental and AT&T.
The seller was a Chicago-based private investor. The buyer was a Miami-based investor.
Chad Firsel, president of Quantum Real Estate Advisors, represented the seller. Daniel Waszak, senior vice president of Quantum, represented the buyer.
