Vicki Gutowski and Tjader Gerdom of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented the landlord in the lease for Great Lakes Pot Pies at Clawson’s Village Landing shopping center in Clawson, Michigan.
Great Lakes Pot Pies took the last remaining vacancy at the 12,000-square-foot center on 14 Mile Road, just west of Main Street.
Earlier this year, Gerdom Realty & Investment helped Barry’s Bagels secure a lease in the center. Great Lakes Pot Pies will open in the fourth quarter of 2019.
