CBRE and Gamma Real Estate have welcomed Green + The Grain to St. Paul’s Great Northern Building in St Paul, Minnesota. This will be the Minneapolis-based salad eatery’s newest location in the St. Paul market.
The 4,568-square-foot space will catalyze the restaurant’s growing catering business throughout the Twin Cities, while also providing ample seating for customers dining onsite.
The CBRE Minneapolis-based team of Mike Wilhelm and Chris Gliedman represented Gamma Real Estate and Mary Burnton of Newmark Knight Frank represented Green + The Grain in the transaction.
Known as the 180 E. 5th St. Building prior to Gamma Real Estate’s purchase earlier in 2019, The Great Northern Building is the largest building in the downtown St. Paul market at 670,000 square feet and 14 stories. Gamma Real Estate has announced plans to revamp the historic building and upgrade its amenity package, while bringing vibrancy and a sense of community to the property.
Renovations at the Great Northern Building are expected to begin in the fall of 2019 and conclude in early 2020. Green + The Grain at the Great Northern Building is expected to open for business in January 2020.
