The Indianapolis office of Midland Atlantic Properties has acquired 3.27 acres at 827 E. State Road 32 in Westfield, Indiana, for the development of Monon Crossing shopping center.
Located along State Road 32 and adjacent to the new Monon Trail bridge and at the gateway to Grand Park, the new retail development will consist of an 11,528-square-foot multi-tenant retail building and a 3,235-square-foot freestanding Burger King restaurant.
The multi-tenant retail building will consist of Chipotle Mexican Grill on one end and Denny’s restaurant on the other, with additional leasing opportunities of 1,560 to 4,760 square feet. Construction on the project began in late June with a projected completion date of December 2019.
