Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of a nine-unit apartment property located in Joliet, Illinois, according to Steven D. Weinstock, regional manager and first vice president of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office. The asset sold for $670,000.

Adam Fortino, a senior associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller and represented the buyer.

Located at 516 Kungs Way, the property is in a very desirable rental location. Comprised of one one-bedroom/one-bathroom unit and eight two-bedroom/one-bathroom units, the well-maintained brick building features on-site laundry and ample off-street parking.
