CBRE recently represented Principal Real Estate Investors in the sale of Two22, a 730,000-square-foot, 42-floor office tower in Minneapolis, to Lingerfelt Commonwealth Partners, LLC, a Richmond, Virginia-based commercial real estate investment firm.
Ryan Watts, Judd Welliver, Sonja Dusil and Tom Holtz of CBRE Minneapolis represented Principal Real Estate Investors in the transaction.
Built in 1985, Two22 was originally known as the Piper Jaffray Tower and most recently as Campbell Mithun Tower. Two22 stands as the fifth tallest building and the second tallest glass-curtain building in Minneapolis.
