Drake Development began construction today on Streets of West Pryor, a 70-acre mixed-use development in Lee’s Summit, Missouri.
When finished, the $180 million development will feature more than 220 apartments, more than 160 seniors housing units and a 165-room hotel. The development will also be the home of a 63,000-square-foot McKeever’s Market, a grocery store.
Streets of West Pryor is located at the intersection of Northwest Pryor Road and Interstate-470.
Pearl Cos., based in Indianapolis, is developing the apartment building component of the project.
