Greenstone Partners successfully represented the buyer of a 41,000-square-foot land site located at the corner of Ogden, Paulina and Adams on Chicago’s Near West Side. The parcel is located at the convergence of three trending neighborhoods: West Loop, United Center and Illinois Medical District.
The land offers immense flexibility for development in Chicago’s 27th Ward with ample underlying zoning attributes and surrounded by several new and exciting proposed developments. Greenstone Partners procured the purchaser, a Chicago-based private owner. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
