John Hall, senior vice president; Don Matsanoff, first vice president; and A.J. Norman, associate, with CBRE, are the exclusive leasing agents for the new office development at Easton Town Center in Columbus, Ohio. Hall, Matsanoff and Norman will be leasing 350,000-square-feet of space in four Class-A, amenity-rich buildings.

The four buildings, located in the 16-acre expansion currently under construction between Nordstrom, Macy’s and Easton Gateway, will feature outdoor terraces; dining, lodging and retail options; and free parking in adjacent garages. Designed by Gensler and Moody Nolan, each building offers highly-efficient floorplates with limited columns, outdoor terraces and natural light.

The average floorplate size will be 22,000 square feet. Covered pedestrian bridges will connect three of the four buildings to adjacent parking garages. Construction on the buildings is expected to be finished by Jan. 1, 2020.
