Marcus & Millichap completed the sale of a 6,000-square foot, mixed-use property located in Chicago, according to David G. Bradley, regional manager of the firm’s Chicago Downtown office. The asset sold for $1,010,000.
Anthony Catanese, an associate, and James Ziegler, first vice president investments, in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office, had the exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller and also represented the buyer. The property is located at 4447 N. Broadway Street in a strong retail pocket of Chicago’s Uptown neighborhood. Public transportation and Montrose Beach are within walking distance of the property.
