John Hassler of the Kansas City, Missouri, office of Newmark Grubb Zimmer has achieved the SIOR industrial designation awarded by the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®.
To achieve the SIOR designation, Hassler completed at least five years of creditable experience in the highly specialized field of industrial real estate; met stringent education requirements; and demonstrated professional ability, competency, ethical conduct and personal integrity.
Since entering the business in 2010, Hassler has been a consistent top producer within Newmark Grubb Zimmer’s industrial brokerage group. Hassler was awarded the 2014 Kansas City Association of Realtors Home Run Award, the 2017 Costar Top Sales Power Broker Award and has been named a Heavy Hitter in Commercial Real Estate by the Kansas City Business Journal in 2017 and 2018.
Hassler has been published or quoted in numerous industry publications such as Globe Street, Midwest Real Estate News, the Kansas City Business Journal, Ingram’s Magazine and the SIOR Professional Report.
