Lee & Associates has closed a $650,000 sale transaction for a two-acre land site in the outlot of Heritage Plaza Shopping Center in Carol Stream, Illinois. Rick Scardino, principal of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the buyer, Vaghani Network School, LLC.
“The site will be developed into a Primrose School,” Scardino said. “This will be a welcome and exciting addition to this well positioned shopping center!”
The seller was self-represented by Tony Edwards of Phillips Edison & Company. Heritage Plaza Shopping Center is located at the intersection of Army Trail Road and County Farm Road in the western suburbs of Chicago.
