The California-based buyer was secured and represented by Rich Merryman, executive managing director investments, Ryan Wilmer, first vice president investments, and Bill Schofield, senior managing director investments, in Marcus & Millichap’s San Francisco office. Regional Manager, Josh Caruana assisted in closing this transaction as the broker of record in Indiana.
