The property is located at N17W25073 Bluemound Road.
Pewaukee 16-94 LLC is the owner in this deal.
Barry also sold a 1.738-acre land site on the north side of Capital Drive, west of Highway 164, in Pewaukee. Jack, Janis and Jason Anderson sold the site to EIG14T RCCC 234 WI-Pewaukee. A daycare facility will be built on the site.
