Metro Commercial Real Estate has brokered six new locations for The EDGE Fitness Clubs in Michigan, Pennsylvania and Delaware.
Senior vice president Brandon Anapol and vice president Scott Benson led the leasing team from Metro.
Metro has now brokered 11 new locations during the last 24 months for The EDGE Fitness Clubs.
Two of the new locations are in Michigan: A 37,000-square-foot space in Farmington Hills and a 36,676-square-foot center in Sterling Heights.
