Newmark Grubb Zimmer has listed for sale the Intertech Building at 1859 Bowles Ave. in Fenton, Missouri.
The 65,320-square-foot multi-tenant office building sits on the south side of Highway 44.
The office building is owned by an investment entity affiliated with LSREF4 Bison, LLC. The building is currently 78 percent leased, with 29,000 square feet of new leases and lease renewals executed in the last nine months. This includes renewing the building’s two largest tenants and signing a new 10,000-square-foot lease in the fourth quarter of 2018.
