Developer NRP Group along with local officials will celebrated the official ribbon-cutting of seniors housing community Brookside Residences Sept. 7 in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.
Attending the event were Don Walters, mayor of Cuyahoga Falls; Fred Guerra, the community’s planning director; Aaron Pechota, senior vice president of development with The NRP Group; and Kelan Craig, director planning, preservation and development with the Ohio Housing Finance Agency.
Brookside Residences will be a mixed-income seniors housing community with 62 units. The community will include a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartment homes. A total of 54 of the units will be affordable.
