Omaha’s iconic Kiewit office building is for sale for the first time. Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company and Greenslate Development have been retained by Kiewit Corporation as the exclusive agent and advisor in the sale of this corporate-owned office building.

The 176,000-square-foot Class-A Kiewit building stands 15 stories tall. It is located in Omaha’s Blackstone District at 35th and Farnam Street.

The building is going for sale now because Kiewit Corporation is developing a new corporate headquarters in downtown Omaha.

The property sits on 1.75 acres and includes a top-floor cloud room with balconies, full-service cafeteria, coffee bar, fitness center and underground parking. Berkshire Hathaway, PwC and the Omaha Community Foundation are expected to remain as tenants in the building after Kiewit moves.
