The Chicago office of Duke Realty Corporation recently signed two leases in two of its buildings in the Chicago metro area. The two leases absorbed 172,688 square feet of industrial space in the I-55 Corridor.
Basic Crating and Packaging, Inc., a provider of crates and packaging for all-sized domestic and export shipments, will occupy 97,920 square feet in Crossroads Parkway 335, a 288,000-square-foot facility in Bolingbrook, Illinois. Pioneer Logistics, a national and international logistics services provider, has leased 74,768 square feet in 50–56 N. Paragon, a 150,000-square-foot building in Romeoville, Illinois.
“We are pleased to welcome our new tenants, Basic Crating and Pioneer Logistics, to Duke Realty properties,” said Susan Bergdoll, vice president, leasing and development for Duke Realty in Chicago. “Both our Crossroads and N. Paragon buildings are well-suited for these tenants and other companies that need convenient connections to highways, airports, Chicago and points beyond.”
Mitch Adams with CBRE represented Pioneer Logistics in its lease, while Sean Henrick and Jason West with Cushman & Wakefield represented Duke Realty. Dominic Carbonari with JLL represented Duke Realty in its transaction with Basic Crating.
