NAI Hiffman has represented seller Randall Metals Corporation and buyer YMI Group in a 50,688 square-foot industrial sale transaction at 2483 Greenleaf Avenue in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.
Two separate teams of agents from NAI Hiffman were responsible for the transaction. Senior vice president Jason Wurtz, vice president Terry Herlihy and associate Shane Murphy represented the seller, Randall Metals Corporation, while executive vice president Joe Bronson and associate Brian Chandler represented the buyer, YMI Group.
Both entities operate mechanical construction businesses: YMI Group is a leader in HVAC Services, piping, sheet metal and plumbing services, while Randall Metals Corporation specializes in processing steel for the automotive, consumer and commercial industries. In its new space, the YMI Group has big plans. It has already commissioned the construction of a custom 72-inch Slitter line with a 50,000-pound capacity that will accelerate its production. The machine will be installed at 2483 Greenleaf Avenue upon completion.
