Marriott International’s TownePlace Suites by Marriott Joliet Minooka is scheduled to open for business July 11.
On average, a TownePlace Suites opens every six days.
The new hotel at 630 Bob Blair Road will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by Minooka Hotel Associates LLC and managed by Kinseth Hospitality of North Liberty, Iowa.
Amenities include an indoor pool, exercise room, meeting room, laundry facilities, free Wi-Fi and onsite business services.
