NAI Hiffman executive vice presidents Mark Moran and Steve Connolly and associate broker Brett Tomfohrde have assisted in two industrial leases in the Chicagoland area. With these two transactions the team has completed more than 500,000 square feet of transactions in the I-55 corridor this year.
In the first transaction, GLP completed a new lease at 575 W. Crossroads Parkway in Bolingbrook, Illinois. Intralot, a software company for lottery and entertainment services, plans to occupy 41,300 square feet at the building. Located in the I-55 Corridor, 575 W. Crossroads Parkway features 11 exterior docks, 130 parking spaces, and 4,281 square feet of office space. NAI Hiffman represented the tenant, Intralot, in the lease.
Additionally, the team represented the sublessor, Columbus McKinnon Corporation, in a sublease at 2143 Internationale Parkway in Woodridge, Illinois. Talley, a distributor of wireless infrastructure, communications and mobile products will sublease the 38,400-square-foot industrial space. Located in the I-55 Corridor, 2143 Internationale Parkway features immediate access to I-355 and I-55. Colliers International Charles Canale represented Talley in the transaction.
