Orscheln Farm & Home recently purchased a 90,348-square-foot building at 137 Belt Highway in St. Joseph, Missouri, for $3.6 million.
The new location is part of the Heartland Health Business Plaza shopping center, which includes Hy-Vee, Shoe Carnival, Fashion Bug, Sally Beauty and Rib Crib.
