US Asset Services has acquired the property management portfolio of Kansas City, Missouri-based US Federal Properties, a real estate firm that acquires, develops, finances and manages properties primarily leased to the U.S. federal government.
A new company led by commercial real estate veteran Michael Lanning, US Asset Services will partner with USFP Property Management to oversee its Class-A portfolio of 35 properties representing more than 2 million square feet in 14 states.
