In the first transaction, Alliant Insurance Services has renewed its existing lease and currently occupies 5,170 square feet at the building. Alliant provides commercial insurance brokerage, risk management, and employee benefits solutions. Colliers International’s Tom Berarducci represented Alliant Insurance Services in the transaction.
Next, Lutheran Child & Family Services, a charity providing child welfare services, plans to occupy 6,947 square feet at the building. Cushman & Wakefield’s Eric Sorensen represented Lutheran Child & Family Services.
Finally, Debra J. Braselton, P.C., a family law attorney, has also renewed its longstanding lease and currently occupies 1,244 square feet at the building. Sequoia Realty Group‘s Mark Levy represented Debra J. Braselton, P.C..
Located in the East-West Corridor submarket, One Oakbrook Terrace features a café, conference center and a covered parking garage. The property is currently 88 percent leased with available office suites between 1,969 and 4,227 square feet. NAI Hiffman handles both the leasing and management services at One Oakbrook Terrace.
