ARCO/Murray recently completed two coworking office, event and work environments for Spaces, an Amsterdam-based company, in Chicago’s Fulton Market and Lincoln Park neighborhoods. The 32,000-square-foot Fulton Market facility is located at 159 N. Sangamon Street and the 24,000-square-foot Lincoln Park facility is located at 1500 N. Halsted Street.

The completed facilities showcase the company’s desire to create a community of members who are thinkers, achiever and imagineers. Each Spaces location is fitted with private offices ranging in size, multiple breakrooms, spec suites and common rooms. Both projects were completed with an expedited construction schedule of 12 weeks.

ARCO/Murray partnered with WB Interiors and Cosentini Associates on both projects. The Chicago locations are ARCO/Murray’s first projects with Spaces. A third location in St. Louis, Missouri will be complete this spring.
