Colliers International I Chicago’s has arranged the sale of 1410 W. Northwest Highway, a former Jaguar car dealership. Vice president Anne Dempsey represented the owner, Morries Automotive Group, in the transaction. The asking price was $3.3 million.
Studio 41, makers of kitchen and bath plumbing fixtures and accessories, windows, doors and cabinet hardware,will convert the 30,000-square-foot former car dealership into a home design showroom. The future retail site gives the Chicago-based retailer access to the Palatine/Barrington/Inverness market and will be open to homeowners, contractors, designers and architects.
