Lee & Associates has negotiated a lease renewal on 100,014 square feet located at 2300 Galvin Drive in Elgin, IL.
Steve Bass, senior vice president, and John Sharpe, principal, of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the owner, Stockbridge Capital Group. John Cassidy and Ken Franzese, principals of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the tenant, Touchpoint Logistics, a third-party logistics company.
