Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s investment sales team recently brokered the sale of the Brady Place retail center in Milwaukee. The 24,256-square-foot center was purchased by a private buyer for $9.6 million.
Brady Place is located at East Brady Street and North Cambridge Avenue in Milwaukee. This retail center is anchored by Walgreens.
Mid-America Real Estate Corporation principal Rick Drogosz and vice president Carly Gallagher, in cooperation with Mid-America Real Estate – Wisconsin principal Dan Rosenfeld, were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of the seller, Chicago-based Monroe Investment Partners.
