Avison Young-St. Louis represented Fee Fee Investments in a five-year lease agreement with World Wide Technology in Maryland Heights, Missouri.
The lease includes 157,000 square feet of office and warehouse space at 687 Fee Fee Road in Maryland Heights.
World Wide Technology is a $9 billion privately held company headquartered in St. Louis. The property is located adjacent to the World Wide campus in the West Port area.
World Wide has occupied all or portions of the space since 2012. The five year lease extends the agreement and provides for distribution, warehousing and training for the long term.
