Krusinski Construction Company recently broke ground on a Prologis development in Bolingbrook, Illinois and another Prologis facility in Wood Dale, Illinois.
Krusinski worked with Ware Malcomb and Kimley Horn on the Bolingbrook facility. The Krusnski team will build a resource-efficient 116,000-square-foot speculative facility that will secure a LEED certification. The project sits on 12 acres and includes office space, 15 exterior loading docks, 2 drive-in doors and 134 parking stalls. Krusinski’s team includes Jeff Krusinski as principal, Gregg Johnson as senior project superintendent, Steve Moeller as senior project manager and Dan DeLucio as project engineer.
Krusinski broke ground on the other Prologis facility on Sept. 26 in Wood Dale, Illinois. The site will be for JAS Forwarding Worldwide. The company is currently located in Mount Prospect and will move into the new 82,000-square-foot LEED-certified distribution center. The property sits on 5 acres of land and includes 24 loading docks, 78 parking stalls, 2 drive-in doors. The office and distribution facility will include a kitchenette, a large break room, a board room, fitness center and collaborative working area. The KCC team consists of Jeffrey Krusinski, Principal; Michael Metz, Senior Project Manager; Justin Risetter, Project Engineer and Scott Rudolph, Senior Project Superintendent.
