Avison Young negotiated the long-term sale-leaseback of a 13,565-square-foot medical office building in Chicago’s south suburban market.
Mike Wilson and Erik Foster, Chicago-based principals with Avison Young’s National Healthcare Capital markets Group, worked on the transaction with D.C.-based principals Chip Ryan and Jim Kornick. Avison Young represented the seller.
The building at 16105 South LaGrange Road in Orland Park, Illinois. The property is fully occupied by Skin MD Dermatology Group.
