McColly Bennett Commercial facilitated the sale of a 74-acre former Bunge plant in Bradley, Illinois.
CSL Behring, a pharmaceutical company, acquired the building in anticipation for future growth. The property, adjacent to CSL Behring’s current facility, includes office buildings, laboratory space, automated high bay warehouse and cold storage.
Jeff Bennett from McColly Bennett Commercial represented the seller. Buck Tamblyn from McColly Bennett Commercial represented the buyer.
The acquisition will take place in two phases. CSL Behring closed on the acquisition of the vacant land parcels and after the demolition of the manufacturing plant will acquire the remainder of the property.
