Blue Vista Capital Management recently acquired Univesity Center Chicago, a 1,732-bed student-housing complex in Chicago’s South Loop neighborhood.
Blue Vista completed the transaction as part of a joint venture with AXA Investment Managers – Real Assets, with AXA IM – Real Assets owning 95 percent of the venture on behalf of its clients.
Blue Vista, along with affiliate Peak Campus, will provide asset and property management services for the complex.
University Center Chicago serves a student population across 22 local colleges and universities. It contains 504 furnished residences.
